Return Policy
We don't accept returns, however, we will replace any defective or damaged Tray-Tag within 15 days of delivery. You should expect to receive your replacement Tray-Tag(s) within 1 to 2 weeks of getting your email.
If you have a defective or damaged Tray-Tag, please contact us (sales@tray-tag.com) with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

When you place an order, you can pick your own shipping and delivery dates. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Once you place an order, we will ship your product within 24 to 48 hours.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
